A modern outsole redesign inspired by Merrell's iconic Moab traction pattern.

Tasked with redesigning the Chateau II outsole for the Chateau III, I reinterpreted the classic "stars and bars" lug pattern through the lens of Merrell's Moab DNA. The result is an outsole that enhances traction and durability while reinforcing the brand's recognizable performance aesthetic.
